An update from your local neighbourhood team

Dear Resident,

From speed checks to tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB), it has been a busy few weeks for our northern neighbourhood team!

Between responding to your calls for service and attending community events, they have:

🚗 Joined council parking enforcement officers on parking patrols and issued numerous tickets to vehicles causing an obstruction outside 14 schools across the sector as part of their quarterly priority

🚫 Worked with partners at The Cresset and YMCA in Bretton to crack down on ASB in the centre, and have handed banning orders to those causing the issues 

🏥 Liaised with our colleagues at the hospital after they made us aware of ASB concerns, and we are currently looking to identify those involved

🚘 Carried out speed checks in the rural areas of Peterborough, issuing words of advice to those marginally over the speed limit

🗑️ Reported fly tipping to the council to be cleared
